IGNITIA I.T. SOLUTIONS & WEBNOTICA RECEIVE STATE LICENSING APPROVAL FOR HSG HOLDINGS INC. WILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS SEPTEMBER 24, 2007.

09/17/07 – Homosassa, FL – The management of HSG Holdings Inc., announced today that they have received state licensing and approval for the merger between Ignitia I.T. Solutions and WebNotica that formed Hybrid Solutions Group Holdings, Inc. Approval and licensing came only 10 days after the two companies closed the deal on August 31, 2007.

“We are pleased to announce that as of September 10, 2007 we are a fully licensed corporation in the state of Florida under our new name Hybrid Solutions Group Holdings, Inc.” announced CEO Mr. Fareed Warrad.  Mr. Warrad continues to showcase just how well positioned the new company is. “We’re young, but we’re highly efficient. We’ve got money in the bank and little to no debt.”

HSG launched earlier last week their corporate website www.hsgready.com and will launch the two core brand sites www.ignitiasolutions.com and www.webnotica.com in the next couple of weeks. Mr. Warrad continued to outline the next steps the company must take. “Now we need to finalize the combination of our core operations and practices, as well as implement our new CRM system immediately”

The new CRM system will allow both consumer and commercial clients to purchase and mange their services and products online from any of the three core websites and regardless of what service brand they initially used to create their account. Clients will be able to see their past payments, make payments, request service, cancel service, and rate the services or products they receive. The company will officially launch on September 24, 2007 and begin offering converged services.
